Business Referral Program
Ranger Global Security, Inc. will pay you for bringing business to our company. We are a full service security services provider capable of providing armed and unarmed security guards for many industries in California.
Here’s how our referral program works:
- You’re an employee of a business that needs security or you have a friend or family member who needs security for their business or home. Or, you’ve made contact with a company on your own time and discovered they have a need and desire for a security guard.
- Bring this information to Ranger Global Security! You provide us with a contact name, phone number and email address (and business name if available) of a business executive or manager who has authorization to discuss a security contract with our team. This information should be sent to the company’s specific email referrals@rangerglobalsecurity.com with a subject line of “Business Referral Program” or call at 844-674-8273 with the details.
- We will make contact with the individual you referred us to. If, within 90 days, he/she signs a contract for security services with our company, you will be paid a commission.
- The business relationship between you and our security company will remain confidential and will not be discussed with the individual(s) we may contact at the company you referred to us. Within our own company, this information will only be available to specific decision makers.
- Payment to you will be made in the form of a business check after approximately 30 days of service to the client.
- Depending on the size of the contract, average referral payments range from $500 to $2,000 per contract. We are only interested in contracts that last at least three-months. Our company does not provide security services for one day events.

If you would like to work on Commission:
If you would like to work for us as a commission-based sales agent, please contact us at 844-674-8273. We have a very generous & competitive payment scale that should allow you to earn commissions with a range of $25,000 to $60,000. For commission based sales agents, you can also earn 1% residual income for up to two years(ask us for details) provided that we are still providing service to the customers.
